Uses:
You can use with a red 7 day Shut up Candle
Take a red or black taper candle and inscribe target's name onto the candle and anoint with oil. You can place a petition at the bottom of the candle
Cut a lemon, slit like a mouth, and place a petition into the candle with targets name and add Shut up Oil. Take 9 pins to pin the mouth shut and put in freezer
Take a string and anoint with the oil. Call the person's name, when they answer tie a knot into the string. Do this 9 times. This is to capture their voice. Once done can put string down into oil bottle or you can place in freezer.
